These Terms of Use govern your use of TENSION and its related website, provided by Human Stack. By using TENSION, you agree to these terms.

Using TENSION

You may use TENSION for your personal, lawful training-recording purposes. You must provide accurate account information if you create an account, keep your access credentials secure, and use the service in a way that does not interfere with its operation or another person’s use.

Health and safety

TENSION is not medical advice, a medical device, or a personal trainer. You are responsible for deciding whether exercise is appropriate for you and for training safely. Read our Safety information before using the app. Do not rely on TENSION for medical, emergency, diagnostic, or treatment decisions.

Subscriptions and purchases

If TENSION offers paid features, the price, billing period, trial or introductory terms, and cancellation instructions will be shown before purchase. Google Play processes Android in-app purchases and subscriptions. Billing, renewal, cancellation, refunds, and taxes are subject to the terms and tools of Google Play and any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you. We may change product features or pricing prospectively with appropriate notice where required.

Your content and our product

You retain ownership of the training information you create. You give us the limited permission needed to host, process, back up, and display that information to operate the service. TENSION, its design, software, branding, and content are owned by Human Stack or its licensors and are protected by applicable laws. Do not copy, reverse engineer, misuse, or attempt to disrupt the service except where law permits.

Availability and changes

We aim to keep TENSION available and useful, but it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. Features may change, and service interruptions or data loss can occur. Maintain your own backups of information that matters to you.

Limits of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Human Stack will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for losses arising from exercise, reliance on app content, loss of data, or service interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by applicable law.

Ending use

You may stop using TENSION at any time. We may suspend or end access if you violate these terms, misuse the service, or where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service. Account deletion options are available in the app; see our Privacy Policy for details.

Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise. Questions can be sent to braydonphillips.bp@gmail.com.
