Delete your TENSION account

You can permanently delete your TENSION account from inside the app. You do not need to sign in on this website.

Delete from the app

1. Open TENSION and sign in to the account you want to delete.
2. Open More and find the Account section.
3. Select Delete account.
4. Review the warning, type DELETE, and select Delete permanently.

What is deleted

Deletion removes your TENSION authentication account, cloud profile, exercises, workout sets, sessions, effort ratings and notes. TENSION also removes its locally stored workout and profile data from the device where you complete deletion.

Files you previously exported remain under your control and must be deleted by you. Data is removed from active systems immediately. Limited security records or backups may be retained for up to 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law.

If you cannot access the app

Email braydonphillips.bp@gmail.com from the Google email address associated with your TENSION account. Use the subject TENSION account deletion. We may ask you to verify account ownership before processing the request.
